Service cards and leak checking

The leakage test is mandatory for:
- immovable devices and equipment for cooling and air conditioning and heat pumps
By virtue of the Decree NN 90/2014, the manner of handling the equipment and the defined responsible person are prescribed.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION
A record of the performed inspection
The authorized service engineer compiles the log on the performed inspection of the device or equipment.
The operator of the device or equipment is obliged to keep a record of the leak of the profit record of the authorized servicer who is
obliged to keep 5 years.
Service Card - SK1
For devices or equipment containing 3 kg or more of controlled substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases, the operator of the device
or equipment shall maintain a service card on SK 1 i form, ie records of the initial quantity and type of controlled substances or
fluorinated greenhouse gases, subsequently added quantities and quantities collected during servicing, maintenance and final disposal
and other relevant data,
causes of leakage, possible problems that may arise and places where they occur, including information about an authorized repairer who
has performed the service or maintains that date and the results of the check.
Record - KTZ1
An authorized repairer shall compile a log for all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment or equipment that he has found empty, ie
without controlled substance or fluorinated greenhouse gas, on the KTZ 1 form.
